The 7th annual ICT/HighTech international exhibition "DigiTec Expo 2011" took place in October 7-9, in Sport-concert Complex named after K. Demirchyan. The platinium sponsor of the Exhibition was VivaCell-MTS. DigiTec Expo starting from its creation date, 2005, is being held under the high patronage of the Prime-minister of RA.
About 115 local and international companies from Singapore, Taiwan, Russia, Georgia, Poland participated in the expo to present their achievements and solutions in the fields of mobile communication, engineering, programming, computer graphics etc. The leading educational establishments of Armenia also took part in the 7th annual DigiTec Expo. The State Engineering University of Armenia, Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, The American University of Armenia, Eurasian Eurasia International, "Mkhitar Sebastatsi" educational complex, American Councils for International Education advances scholarly, the Financial-Banking College and other educational establishments presented their programs to more than 18.000 visitors.
In the scope of the Digitec Expo the following related events were held:

• DigiTec Start Up zone – new 12 companies represented their activities and services
